Petersburg MI the glass doors part II
The mortise and tenon glass doors are now set, and I can handle them as a unit. Ive sanded them down, and given them a nice edge with the router. My edge design matches the base cabinet doors and well as the inset trim I have yet to install.
One of the things I also like to do on doors is to run the edges through the jointer. This evens things out better and eliminates some sanding. Now I can start to stain and finish them...

Upper pull out cabinet project Part II
After much debate, the upper tray is complete. The owner wanted to finish the face of the tray himself, which I agreed to. However, this is a good example of the flexibility in have things custom made. This customer now has a fully functioning pull out tray cabinet that matches the surrounding cabinets, and also accommodates the over sized fridge...

Box Making 101 Part II
Here are some pictures of the next step of box making. Ive cut the lids away on the table saw, and have made and mounted caps for the lids. You can also see the inside of the box - it is suitable like this, or lined with felt.
All thats left is to touch up the finish, and add hinges and a handle! These make great Christmas gifts!
